VideoWeb AI strictly prohibits generating or sharing such material; (i) Depicts or promotes violence, gore, suicide, self-harm, or other extreme content; (j) Expresses hate speech, discrimination, or promotes extremism or terrorism; (k) Relates to illegal activities such as gambling, drugs, illegal weapons, money laundering, or other criminal conduct; (l) Is fraudulent, misleading, or intended to impersonate others through deepfakes, forged documents, contracts, or dialogue records; (m) Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code; (n) Is misleading, false, or inaccurate; (o) Is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or potentially harmful in our sole judgment. Any breach of these provisions may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7.1 Reporting Prohibited Content

If you encounter content or activity that you believe violates these Terms, including the Content Restrictions above, please report it using the reporting option on the relevant generated video, image, music, or other result detail page, where available. You may also email [email protected], including when you cannot access an in-product reporting option.

Please provide the result page link or generation ID, the reason for your report, and any relevant context or supporting information that you can lawfully share. Include a contact email if you would like us to follow up. Do not download, copy, or redistribute illegal content to submit a report; a link or identifier and a description are sufficient to identify it. Submit reports in good faith and avoid including unnecessary personal information.

7.2 Content Moderation and Review

VideoWeb AI reviews reports received through these channels. We assess the reported content, the information supplied, and relevant context against these Terms, including the Content Restrictions, and applicable law. We may request additional information to assess a report. Reports indicating potential harm to children, threats to safety, or other serious illegal activity are prioritized, and access to content or accounts may be temporarily restricted while a review is pending.

Depending on the findings, severity, and any repeated violations, we may take no action if a violation is not established, restrict or remove content, prevent further prohibited generation or sharing, issue a warning, or suspend or terminate an account. We may take action on violations identified independently of a user report. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may notify the reporting user or affected account holder of the outcome, subject to privacy, security, and legal restrictions. Review times vary with the urgency and complexity of the matter.

If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may request reconsideration by emailing [email protected] with the relevant result or account identifier, the decision concerned, and your reasons or additional information. 14. Termination
